Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
No. AIDir is one membership — we'd rather run a directory people pay for than one padded with listings nobody maintains. You get 14 days free to decide, and you can cancel any time during the trial without being charged.
What happens after the trial?
Unless you cancel, your card is charged £240 for the year (or £30 for the month, if you chose monthly). We take card details upfront so your listings don't drop offline the moment the trial ends — cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing.
Why is annual cheaper?
Annual is 8 months' price for 12 — £240 instead of £360, so 4 months free. That's £120 a year, or 33% off, which is why it's the default.
Do listings go live straight away?
No — every submission is reviewed by our team before it appears in the directory, in any category, membership or not. Membership lets you submit and manage your own listings; it doesn't buy automatic publication. That review is the point of the directory.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that you won't be able to add new listings, and what you've already published stays as-is rather than vanishing.
